I have yet to be to Japan (one day, I must go there to make some biospiritual observations as well as to pray to the Spirit of Yukio Mishima), but even without visiting, I have a theory:
Japan has a culture of being pleasant – i.e. not being obnoxious, loud, impolite.
This reduces damage from Cortisol Spikes.
Imagine the difference between a calm and relaxed ambience vs an onslaught of various loud noises.
For a Sensitive Soul, these things matter.
I will elaborate on this later on.

Japan gets it. forest bathing instead of meds, wagyu, sitting on the floor, baths daily, incredible toilets, samurai, mochi, sushi, ikigai, ramen, tatami beds, fermented veggies, home cooked meals, meditation, walking everywhere, organ meats makes sense why they live so long
