A3: At @ccescavs MS, we use our advisory & CavTime to promote healthy social-emotional discussion and awareness in our students. They’re curated lessons developed by a committee lead by our counselor, & we discuss topics around leadership, inclusion, race, friend dynamics, etc.

@HamiltonParks17 I have a sign in my classroom, along with a flag. I wear a button on my lanyard that has the rainbow flag on it.

A3: Simply putting a sign outside your classroom or office door stating that you are a safe person helps. Letting folks know you’re an ally provides a lot of support. It’s as easy as sharing a rainbow flag at times. 🏳️‍🌈 #breatheEDU
