if a man can’t provide, a lot of women lose respect, they just won’t say it out loud.

CAN A WOMAN DO ANYTHING A MAN CAN DO? Women do most things a man do but why do people see less of them? It’s a frustrating paradox: the capability is there, but the visibility and credibility often lag behind. If a woman can do the job, why does she still have to "prove" it twice as much? Physically, intellectually, and professionally? Yes. We’ve seen women pilot fighter jets, lead nations, perform neurosurgery, and win ultramarathons. At this point, "capability" is less of a question and more of a proven track record. There are a few reasons why women lack visibility and credibility: 1. The "Default Male" Bias For centuries, the "standard" for leadership, strength, and expertise was built around men. Because of this, many people subconsciously view "man" as the default setting for certain roles. When a woman enters that space, she isn't just seen as a professional; she's seen as a woman professional. This "othering" makes it harder for people to see the individual’s talent clearly. 2. The Likability vs. Competence Trap This is a documented social phenomenon. Generally: • Men are often assumed to be competent until they prove otherwise. • Women are often required to prove their competence first, but if they are too competent or assertive, their "likability" drops. People often "see less" of a woman’s contribution because they are too busy judging her personality or delivery style metrics rarely applied to men with the same intensity. 3. The "Invisible Labor" Factor Women often take on the "office housework" or emotional labor—mentoring, organizing, mediating, and keeping the peace. While these are vital for a functional team, they are often devalued or invisible compared to "hard" metrics like sales or technical output. 4. Structural Gatekeeping If the people at the top (the "viewers") are mostly men, they may unconsciously look for successors who remind them of themselves. This creates a loop where women aren't seen for leadership because the definition of a leader hasn't been updated to include them. It’s not a lack of performance; it’s a lack of a fair lens. However there are certain biological functions that makes man different from women. For example, Men cannot biologicaly give birth or lactate, and women generally do not produce the level of testosterone required to match the absolute peak physical explosive power of the highest-performing male athletes in specific sports. Biological, Structural, and Psychological. 1. Biological Differences (The Physical "Ceiling") While intellectual and professional capacity is equal, biology does create specific differences in extreme physical contexts: • Peak Physical Power: Due to higher testosterone levels, adult men generally have more muscle mass and explosive strength. In elite sports or high-intensity labor, this can create a performance gap (roughly 10–30% in power-based events). • Reproductive Realities: Women carry the biological load of pregnancy and childbirth. Without strong social support systems, this often forces women to take career breaks or "off-ramp" during critical years for advancement, whereas men's careers typically remain linear. Men whats your say to this?
