I feel like when God asked me if I wanted to be good looking or rich I should’ve picked one but I was taking a drink of water and some went down the wrong pipe and I started coughing and here we are.

@Hooper @JasonIsbell Don't even know how to explain the way so many of those lyrics make so much sense to me, especially "a crowded room is a burning battlefield," but it also rules that there's a whole ass rock and roll song about anxiety

Some songs are too perfect to not come from experience. There’s absolutely no way @JasonIsbell could’ve written “Anxiety” without having lived it. It too perfectly describes what anxiety feels like to come from secondhand knowledge. It’s surgically accurate.
