As usual, the @hotchickenfest was my favorite big little festival each year. Such a fun time!

@jamiewallace15 Thanks for the feedback. We’ll relay this and see if we can fix for next year. Some vendors did have some ready in advance. It’s a catch 22 because hot chicken is historically made to order and they pride on that.

@HotChickenFest not trying to be the downer but shouldn’t all vendors have food ready to serve when the festival opens? You should not have to wait in line 30 minutes and then be told come back in 30 minutes and check on your order.

Today’s East Nashville @HotChickenFest parade featured many perennial favorite floats as well as @NashvilleDOT’s new bike lane sweeper equipment!

The food at the #nashvillehotchicken festival was so good it was almost criminal. Ghost peppers were rumored to be on hand, thankfully, the @TNGhostbusters were there to assist! @HotChickenFest @visitmusiccity @MNPDNashville #hotchickenparade

What’s hotter that the 4th of July? The Music City Hot Chicken Festival, of course. Fire truck parade starts at 1030 am at 9th and Woodland and rolls toward East Park. Festival from 11-4.
