Neither, sheโs a very tight 3C and these are the same person. 4 type curls are zigzaggy and hers are quite literally spiral ringlets, so itโs a 3 type, just a lot tighter than the 3C the media normally shows us. It resembles 4C brushed out in the first photo but itโs not.
