The Humshaugh CC Coffee morning returns Saturday 7th December in the Village Hall at 10am - 12 noon. Come and join us for tea, coffee and a selection of cakes and bakes.

Congratulations to our own, Robert Forster, for making the Northumberland honours board, following his superb 126 not out last week. Rob opened the batting and carried his bat to help us get a much needed 20 points!!

Congratulations to Humshaugh run machine Hedley Renton and his partner Cara on the birth of their daughter Hollie Jade Renton, born 23rd July!

A busy week of cricket commences tomorrow for BCC. Our First XI travel to @rockcricketclub in the Thomas Wilson Memorial Cup. On Thursday, our midweek XI begun their campaign against @HumshaughCC On Saturday, our First XI host @BomarWCC. Sponsored by @mjsport. #HowayBlyth

A disappointing start to the season as we fall 3 runs short in a tightly-fought chase. Some interesting lessons to be learnt around standards and we'll see how this plays out over the season. Our thanks, once again, to @il_piccolo_deli for their support this week. #UpTheCows

The second innings swung back and forth with Newton requiring 4 to win off the last ball! A run out meant Newton ended on 143-8, two runs short of our total. 19 points for the Haugh.

Club nets start this Monday (11th March) at Haydon Bridge High School from 6pm to 8pm. Two more sessions will follow on the 18th and 25th March. New players welcome as always 🏏

Humshaugh CC Annual General Meeting will take place at 7.00 pm on Tuesday February 6th in the Crown Inn. All members and anyone interested in joining the club are invited to attend. #UpTheHaugh

Richard Watson's funeral is on Thursday October 5th 11.00 am at St. John Lee church.

(2/2) The Watson family, father Willy and son Anthony all played for HCC. Our condolences go out to Anthony, Sarah and their families.

It is with great sadness that we have learned of the Death of our former long serving player Richard Watson. Chad as he was universally known first played for HCC in the late 1960's and retired from playing around 20 years ago, he had been ill for many years. (1/2)
