These last few days after my last stream I have been feeling dizzy. So going to be a bit less active on socials and my tickets on DC. Just on and off feeling dizzy. Bit off balance. Just a bit out of it Going to get my eyes checked next week. Might be because they are constantly at a certain distance when recording / streaming from my PC monitor So when I leave they aren’t adjusting and it’s causing dizziness At least that’s what I assume is happening. Checked blood pressure etc and that’s actually a little on the lower side. But not high. 🤷‍♀️ doesn’t feel great

From anyone who actually does streams, do you have any advice? As i have always seen myself doing YouTube, never saw myself as a streamer. I am a massive introvert, so even tho i dont see anyone. Talking with chat (which i am so greatful for) can be super draining for me. Especially having my face on the streams. I know its "only an hour an a half". But when i have recordings to do after, editing, thumbnails (again love doing this) it drains me and knocks me out for days 😂 So any advice would be much appreciated. ❤️
