The timing of US launching attack and capturing Nicolas Maduro is very important, Chinese delegation was on an official visit to Venezuela, they met Maduro earlier and possibly were in the same convoy where the US special forces captured him.

We on ICOF reported this earlier & now @realDonaldTrump confirmed it, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was captured by the US special operation forces from his convoy on the road
