India is considering buying US corn for ethanol. A rumor but a good one. India represents approx. 13% of US #ethanol exports. Ethanol is mentioned in the stalled US/India tariff talks but more corn disappearance to support local production is always positive.

🌽It's a record. As of Sept. 18, U.S. corn export sales for 2025/26 stood at 25.76 million metric tons (1.01 bln bu), the date's largest volume in modern record keeping. That surpasses Sept. 18, 2021, when China accounted for 48% of 2021/22 sales. None to China for this year.

🇺🇸2025 marked the driest August across the U.S. corn and soybean belt since 2013.
