Q: Your country is being asked to give up territory.
ZELENSKYY: When somebody says you have to withdraw — please, try to withdraw from your own house.
When we talk about Ukrainian territory, it’s not only land. It’s our history, it’s history of millions of families.
We’re talking about values, about people, their children, their homes. It’s much bigger than just territory.

Calling Canada the “51st state” and our PM a “governor” is insulting, and it’s flat out wrong. We don’t need your approval, your talking points, or your products. Take that nonsense and f*ck all the way off @howardlutnick

NYT: Since the Iran war began, the US has burned through around 1,100 of its long-range stealth cruise missiles built for a war with China, close to the total number remaining in the U.S. stockpile
The military has also fired over 1,000 Tomahawks, about 10 times its yearly purchases, plus 1,200 Patriot interceptors at $4M each and another 1,000 Precision Strike and ATACMS missiles.

There is something mentally wrong with the President of the United States.
There is also something physically wrong with the President of the United States.
trump can’t stay awake at public events with the cameras rolling. Imagine what he’s like when there are no cameras.

Trump completely passed out, reawakened, then passed out again during today's pressor in the Oval Office. 😂🤣👇

Spraying just one dandelion with roundup will kill 100+ pollinators.
The flower will take days to die, and in that time will be visited by dozens of bees and butterflies, poisoning them as well.
The exposed pollinators don't die quickly, as they would with insecticide exposure. The death is slower and more brutal.
In the case of bumblebees, they lose their ability to see colors, can't find flowers, and starve to death.
If the dandelions truly are a hell no for your yard, pull them. Don't spray them.

Daily Ukraine map thread for Thursday 23rd April 2026
A snapshot of Kostyantynivka from April, showing just a small selection of geolocations from this month alone. This is not every bit of footage, just the publically geo'd ones, showing just what a hot bed of activity the city has been for a long period of time.
Russian forces have attempted numerous pushes in this direction this month, including mechanized assaults near Ivanivske and Chasiv Yar, as well as many manpower assaults into the city from the south and south east.
Elsewhere, long range Ukrainian drone strikes struck the Gorky oil pumping station, destroying two large oil tanks, as well as striking Kstovo refinery. An FSB base in Donetsk was struck repeatedly by drone, whilst the deep strike campaign continued this time in the occupied territories with the new B-2 drones.

The Russians are deploying new self-propelled howitzers "Malva" and, likely, multiple rocket launchers "Uragan-1M" to the frontline
But the "allied might" from the North Korean comrades has somehow disappeared: either they're only supplying shells, or they're hiding their equipment so no one can see it.
On paper, Russia has a "future army". In reality, they're gathering everything that can shoot and hasn't already broken down yet.
This is the "strategy" - to fight until the last piece of metal and the last man.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford just canceled Elon Musk’s Starlink contract and banned all U.S. companies from government contracts in response to Trump’s economic war with Canada.
“It’s done, it’s gone,” Ford said. “We won’t award contracts to people who enable and encourage economic attacks on our province and our country.”
And just to be clear: “They only have President Trump to blame.”
So Trump starts a trade war, and now American businesses are getting locked out of Canada. This isn’t “tough negotiating”—this is our closest ally shutting the door on us while Trump pretends he’s “winning.”
MAGA wanted an economic war? Well, they just got one. And it’s American companies and workers who are about to feel the pain.

Russians are complaining about high prices in stores. On social media, users are showing their purchases and recalling how much more they used to be able to buy for the same amount of money.
Meanwhile, Rosstat reported 0% inflation as of mid-March and a price increase of just 0.17%.
Thomas Nilsson, head of Sweden's Military Intelligence, told the FT that Russia is manipulating data to make Western countries believe that Moscow has withstood the pressure of sanctions and war spending.
