@newzee1234 They definitely offer them. Doesn’t mean they have to take them. Let them speak in their language. A lot of the time they speak Spanish so their hometown fans can understand them. Shohei does it too.

Not sure why Vientos had to get pinch hit for there as one of the Mets hottest hitters of late. Just seems like they always do whatever it takes to show Mark their lack of confidence in him.

@MetsNewsMoves I love mark and don’t disagree at all. I’m a person that does like to play a matchup though and we all know so is Mendy. He was always going to play the matchup.

@ImTheToken he's your hottest hitter, just give him the chance to swing it. i didnt really think the difference in him vs. Young was much of anything. he's always had the shortest leash when he's proven he can be an impact bat if given everyday opportunity.

@DanBartels2 My only concern with peralta is his consistency at not being able to go past 5-6 innings. Notorious for stopping after 5 in an organization where that cost us a large part of the season last year.

Freddy Peralta was a great trade for the Mets. Shows the depth of their farm. A great arm, as well. Not an ace; an extremely solid SP2.
