🚫🔻4 ways brand owners sabotage their own advertising
🔸 Targeting the wrong audience
🔸 Focusing on product features rather than consumer benefits
🔸 Lacking consistent branding across platforms
🔸 Missing a clear call - to - action
HOW I FIX IT ⬇️
1️⃣ I do proper research on specific customers. detail their pain points, age, and buying habits.
2️⃣ I highlight the value. Sell what's in it for them. Sell the result.
3️⃣ I strictly adhere to your brand guidelines. Whether a user sees your ad on Facebook or Instagram, the tone and visuals must be recognizable.
4️⃣ I always give direct, urgent and clear instructions.
🎯 When you hire me, I ensure your ad spend drives actual sales and brand loyalty

Throwback to a bootcamp challenge: redesigning a landing page with full responsiveness. This project taught me to think beyond visuals—structure, spacing, and adaptability. Looking back, I can see how much I’ve grown.

Every time I audit a brand, I find at least 3 of these.
It's not that people don't care about their brand it's that no one ever taught them what actually makes a brand work.
A logo that looks different every time it's used, so no one recognizes it at a glance.
Colors picked on vibes instead of a locked palette, so the brand looks different in every post.
Three or four fonts fighting for attention instead of one clear system.
Designs where everything is bold and big, so nothing actually stands out.
None of these mean you're bad at branding. It just means no one broke down what actually holds a brand together until now.
Swipe through and see how many apply to you.

Someone was hired to clear the tall grasses blocking a narrow street, the bush was so thick that it slowed down cars and made access difficult for the residents of that area.
He was happy he got the job cause the pay was really good. On the day he was meant to start, his cutlass failed him. It wasn’t sharp enough to cut through the thick grasses.
So he postponed the work till the next day to get his tools ready.
When he returned the following day, everything had changed.
Local authorities had brought in a bulldozer to carry out a general maintenance on access roads in the area. And the exact path he was hired to work on had already been handled, clean and neat.
He just stood there, with his cutlass in hand looking surprised.
The job didn’t wait for him to be ready.
Opportunities move with or without us.
Are tou prepared for what you are praying for?

Most people see the finished design. They never see the thinking behind it.
Day 3/21. Recreated this flyer to sharpen my skills in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Every design teaches me something new.
What would you improve?
