Our audience comprises nonprofits, small businesses, entrepreneurs, community members, and local government. The conference mixes the "how," "why," and "when" of data usage with ethical and moral issues. We define small data as datasets between 100 to 1 million records.

I did a workshop on 'Making Data Usable with @GlideApps' for the Data for Impact Conference, @ImpactData, at #ForwardFest. Glad to report that multiple participants have built their own apps within the week after the workshop. Plus some email and calls with questions from others.
