@OIuwatosin Mine was a colleague who forgot they were screen-sharing during a meeting and opened up their Teams messages to start messaging a colleague about how boring the meeting was.

The most embarrassing work-related thing I've witnessed, is someone who forgot to stop sharing their screen on a call and was reading through the offer letter they just received from another company.

@JRJL180 I remember seeing a similar story before and the store's response was that they typically sell these bottles individually for $3-$3.50, but because people were buying in bulk they were leaving them in packs of 24, rather than opening them up and putting them in the fridge.

@LucyTurnbull_AO @KeanEdwards I think the issue is that people might be unsure if they had heard a gunshot or not. Most of us are probably unfamiliar with what actual gunshots sound like. And there’s probably other things that can cause similar sounds.

@ooftdaniel @sezsully @Ticketek_AU I waited for six hours for tickets across multiple devices, not doing anything. I decided to just open a bunch of tabs on my laptop and was in within ten minutes.

@sezsully @Ticketek_AU There is no queue, it's a system that just randomly lets people through. Kinda like trying to order a drink at a crowded bar. Don't use multiple tabs or devices on the same network, it will assume you're a bot and not let you in. Good luck! I need it too!!!

@conz I struggled with severe depression whilst pregnant. My husband called the antenatal team for help. They told me to convince my husband I'm fine so he doesn't call them again. While I sat there in tears.

@EmilyHoli13 My two year old had a meltdown in public last week and a kind lady told my husband to 'control your child'. Aside from smothering her to stop the noise, there was nothing else he could do (whilst leaving the store). He thanked her for her 'helpful' advice.

@lissianarhage @acweyand Sorry to hear this. I had an iron infusion yesterday and my doctor literally said 'now let's treat the cause of this, because there's no point just giving infusions when you bleed it straight back out again'. I hope you can get someone to listen and help 🤞

@acweyand I hear what you're saying, but why can't I make my obgyn care? I honestly expected since I'm anemic enough to require iron infusions that maybe my hematologist would like, idk, help me get the obgyn to listen, but no. Hematologist ordered the infusions and left it at that.

@lizditz @yashar Ugh, I recently had my connecting flight cancelled after having departed on the first flight. Add an extra nine hours onto my journey with my 1yo, and they couldn't retrieve my stroller in the meantime. Not my idea of a good time.

@yashar I guess you don’t travel much with toddlers, or cranky teens. The worst flight delay ever, though, was traveling with my infant. Feeding her wasn’t a problem, but I ran out of diapers and there were zero (none, nada) to be had in her size.

I love airports and I love flying. I never mind flight delays because that means I get to spend more time at the airport.
