If I were a 2027 High School Recruit…
I know life gets busy! AAU hoops, extra shots, maybe even another sport. But this is NOT the time to take off in the weight room.
This is when you build your body.
3x a week. Doesn’t have to be maxing out. Focus on staying healthy + getting stronger. “Nutrition & Discipline”
Core work (especially hips), single-leg strength, balance, and injury prevention.
The small things now = big results later.
(Almost done with this! 🤣 1 week)

The AAU Season is here!
I’d ask myself:
Did I join a team that shares my values, competes the right way, and shows up to work every day?
College coaches don’t just recruit talent, they look for:
• Unselfish play
• Accountability
• Consistent effort
• Coachability
• Winning habits
If your team doesn’t have that… you’re paying a lot of money for the wrong experience.
