Here is what I wrote for the artist to work with. Note how it’s mostly giving vibes and direction, but I left everything else up to the artist. They really knocked it out of the park and made a piece better than I could imagine. Thats the beauty in skeb work 💗

@JanuaryKay_ Hello! Im sorry if this is a bit off topic but do you know how i can make an account for selling/buying commissions on Skeb not as a Japanese? 👉👈 I tried reading through their website and can only see it requires a Japanese bank account + phone number, is there a way around it?

As someone who exclusively only orders skeb-like comms, here are my two cents in how to get the most out of an order with an artist so you’re not left feeling disappointed: 🧵

And finally: TRUST THE ARTIST. Artists offer skebs as a way to flex their creativity and often times leaving the vision to them will lead to a greater piece. And if you know EXACTLY what you want, don’t order a skeb. ✨

Point out details you for sure want added. Just because it’s in your reference sheet it could be missed, especially if it’s a small detail. “Please make sure you include the small heart in her eyes.”
