@nygma0451 ODST wouldn't have gotten any flak if they just released it as a $40 title instead of full price. $60 retail for a shorter campaign and only firefight is crazy. It didn't even have a true multiplayer mode, and I'm not counting the fact it came with Halo 3's multiplayer disc.

@JustPoorly I agree, that's why I said there's some truth to it. Each Bungie Halo game had a vocal minority of detractors, with ODST & Reach being the minor exceptions.

Not a 343i shill, but there's SOME truth to the Halo cycle. Some CE fans hated Halo 2 so much they created halo2sucks.com. Halo 3 wasn't always the fan favorite like it is now. ODST was considered an overpriced expansion pack. Most fans didn't like Reach's multiplayer.

@thebestfirelord But why would anyone use this to make their game, when they can use Roblox instead which is the most popular platform in the entire world? Roblox is already established and you'll get far more people playing your game and make more money?

@JustPoorly Its not a Garry's Mod killer. Its much bigger than that. Its an entire game engine, open source, and royalty free. It uses c#, the same language as Unity so that Unity devs can easily convert. You gotta think beyond just gmod, because this is a game changer in game dev.

Those retards at FacePunch had the golden opportunity to make a sequel to Garry's Mod, a game with the biggest impact on internet culture ever, on the brand new Source 2 engine and said "Hmm. Nah" and decided to make this fucked up piece of shit instead.

@SC0P3DD They're charging $30 AUD, and selling microtransactions. FacePunch also actively chose to not go for an early access release. This game is finished according to FP themselves and should be judged as such

@ryot_x I know you're just pretending to not understand, but I'll play along. Look at the tool list on the right in comparison between s&box and Gmod 10 from 20 years ago. Gmod 10 was made only by 1 guy, Garry didn't have a like he does with s&box. Look how many things s&box is missing

@Shimaaaa28 You don't actually HAVE to use the sausage men models, you can use regular looking humans that I'm pretty sure are used from Rust. But you have to spend IRL money if you want more clothing pieces for them. Gmod gave you an infinite library of characters to play as for free.
