Sometimes it doesn’t work out as hoped.
This is why we always do a 2 week foster prior to adoption.
Puppies require a lot of time, training & patience. Sadly PUP 5 is being returned, no issues just not suitable for the family which we understand

And he really does care about his animals. It was bad news. His donkey had a badly displaced fracture of his femur. The journey must have been agony for him. We had no alternative but to euthanize him with the the owners sad consent.

Sometimes life seems so very unfair. The loveliest owner arrived tonight with one donkey on the back of the cart being drawn by his second donkey. The injured donkey had been hit by a car 2 days ago and all he could think of was to get it to us for help. .
