In California it’s against the law for a kid to buy tobacco products, vaping products, but it’s not against the law for harm reduction to give him tools to use drugs

🎥January 29 2026 12:15pm Location Throughout numerous streets in the Tenderloin. I took a ride to multiple areas in the Tenderloin to show there is no drug free sidewalks anywhere and addiction is everywhere throughout the Tenderloin, and it’s not secluded to one or two streets. It’s everywhere

But as you can see there is Open Drug Market in front of there building and it’s been there for over 4 years.
