There’s a good ride in here…but the ride system sucks and the screen portions are weak. Making it an Indiana Jones/Dinosaur style ride with physical sets that match the queue and more Kong figures would make this a 10/10.

it's so funny to me to imagine thinking any movie other than The Last Jedi is the best of that sequel trilogy. like, even if you hate them all, it's so clearly the only one made with any amount of artistic intention and vision and thematic substance and something to say. come on.

So i watched the overview trailer and a few previews for Metroid Prime 4, the game looks amazing. The music, art direction and gameplay look stellar. The 100 million dollar+ budget was put to good use! I know OG Metroid fans are annoyed by NPCs being in the game especially Mackenzie but the reality is the days of Samus being completely alone like in Super and Prime 1 are over. You are NEVER going to see a Metroid game like those again. Every game going forward is going to have at least one NPC. The budgets for these games are starting to get so large that they need to appeal to a wider demographic to justify the cost, especially with Nintendo expanding into films as well. Mackenzie is annoying asf but so was Zelda in BOTW & TOTK (and her voice acting was horrible). Nintendo's biggest weakness has always been voice acting and dialogue (granted I think Prime 3 is still better than most in this regard). Watch the overview trailer if you haven't already, it does help ease some of the previews concerns regarding Samus being accompanied throughout the whole game.
