This is wild. In December of 2020 a group of attorneys audited the unemployment benefits being paid out during the pandemic in CA. They found between 400 million and a billion in benefits paid out fraudulently to people using the identities of prison inmates. Of course Newsom took no responsibility for any of it. There are obscene amounts of fraud happening all over this country. The unnecessary tax burden that the average hard working American citizen carries throughout his/her short life is an abomination.
