In boys discus Jackson Crawford (160’10”) places 4th. Owen Helkenn (145’8”) gets into finals and finishes 9th. Congratulations to Jackson on a great career at LSW and Owen on a great season!

In girls discus, Emma Dostal (117’2”) gets her first state medal and places 8th. Cathy Lojing (115’10”) gets into finals and finishes 9th. Congrats on a great season to both girls!

Jackson Crawford (49’6”) and Evan Robinson (47’8.25”) finish 11th and 17th. Great season in shot put guys!

HAC Girls Discus: Emily Jochum throws a PR of 120’6” to place 4th! This throw moves her into 7th all time at LSW. Emma Dostal throws 113’11” to place 7th.

HAC Boys Shot Put: Jackson Crawford pulls the sweep and wins shot put with a throw of 52’5” 🥇 Evan Robinson throws 47’11” and places 6th.

HAC Girls Shot Put: Emma Dostal throws 36’6” to place 5th! Cathy Lojing PRs with a throw of 34’4” to place 6th!

HAC Boys Discus: Jackson Crawford with a huge PR of 171’7” to win 🥇!! Jackson is only the second boy in LSW history over 170’. Owen Helkenn moves up in finals and throws 145’ to place 7th!

Evan Robinson places 5th in shot put. Emily Jochum finishes 6th in discus! A great job competing by so many of our athletes in some tough conditions!
