Note to say none @Bitwig Beta 6 users can get scale highlighting with a hack. Create a scale clip that covers most of the octaves. Create clip you want to use select both and toggle layers on. Padlock the scale layer and away you go. Yes a bit of a faff but... #Bitwig

@edthesoundman Oh dear all I had space and funds for were a pair of iLoud Micros. Sounds like I’m better off mixing with them turned off and just use span to gauge the mix :)

To clarify: Rokits and Yamahas are the same league of monitor, and entry-level lateral moves are a waste of time and money. The same goes for buying another $150 large diaphragm condenser and calling it a “different flavor.” Stop collecting and start investing.

@FanuFatgyver Art of sampling is on the decline. Even though I use Loopcloud to steer clear of royalty issues. It’s about creating and merging samples from other genres to make something that you then funk with. Just my 2p
