IT IS WITH AMAZING PLEASURE THAT WE ANNOUNCE THAT Antoine Richardson of Highland Springs High School has been named both the Region 5C Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year — the first Springer ever to earn both honors in the same season. He delivered an outstanding performance on offense with 28 touchdowns and over 1,900 yards, while defensively recording 9 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries for touchdowns, and 2 pick-sixes. @ahunchoo4

George Lancaster @hshsboysbball was an amazing coach, a great man, and the genuine article. He was also a terrific leader and a friend to anyone who covered high school athletics. He was a joy to watch on the court. Condolences to the Lancaster family and Springer Nation.

The 2025 Highland Springs Wall of Fame class will be inducted on September 25th, 2025 at Highland Springs High School during our Wall of Fame Banquet. Doors for the Banquet open at 6pm with the Ceremony starting at 7pm. Guest will enter through door 11 for the Ceremony (Entrance closest to the Football Stadium). The next day we will have our annual Wall of Fame Golf Tournament. We will be at Providence Golf Course on Friday September 26th at 9am!! We are looking for Golfers and Hole Sponsors for the event. That night, We will honor our Inductees at the Wall of Fame game during half time!! We are excited to honor a new group of Springers into our Wall of Fame!
