Amir, respectfully, here's a note on what Isaiah 46:9–10 actually says, and what it doesn't. The verse declares that God knows the end. It does not specify what that end is. For that, you have to read Isaiah whole — ironically you have that there on display in the Shrine of the Book at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem right now. One scroll. Sixty-six chapters. Read them altogether. Iran is Persia. Before anyone calls Persia the permanent enemy of God's purposes, read what the same scroll says about her. Cyrus the Persian — Isaiah 44:28 – 45:1. God calls him "My shepherd" and "My anointed" — Meshiach, Messiah. The only Gentile ruler in scripture given that title. Named by Isaiah roughly 150 years before he was born. Cyrus ended the Babylonian exile, sent the Jewish people home, and funded the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem. Esther — the whole book. Israel preserved from annihilation inside the Persian court, by a Jewish queen the Persian king chose and protected. Without Persia, no Second Temple. Without the Second Temple, no Jerusalem for Christ to enter. Now read the end God actually declared — same scroll, twenty-seven chapters before the verse being quoted: "In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship together. In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing on the earth. The Lord Almighty will bless them, saying, 'Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance.'" — Isaiah 19:23–25 Three at the table. Egypt — my people. Assyria — geographically northern Iraq, eastern Syria, south-eastern Turkey, reaching into Iran — my handiwork. Israel — my inheritance. One God. Three names of belonging. No enemy in the sentence. The Persian gates God opened for the First Return are still His gates. The God who anointed Cyrus has not changed His mind. The God who called Egypt my people hasn't either. Any framework that cannot hold these verses is not declaring the end Isaiah declared. It is declaring something else, and quoting Isaiah to authorise it. We have to start with teaching the community how to love one another again, that was the final commandment.
