I know that scandals are what X lives for. I don't have time for them because I work 7 days a week to have a place to live, something to live on, and to seek treatment. I asked the client not to send us the fox costume back, but to simply donate it to charity, maybe someone would like to wear it to the hospital, to children's wards, or to small children's homes. Let the costume do something good for others. We don't need it. And we will send the money back to the client by Wednesday at the latest, when the bank sends it to our PP.

I'll only write this once❗ Our clients know that we do not create copies of their designs or copies of other studios' work, which has repeatedly caused us to reject quotes. And despite requests, we have never intentionally sewn an identical costume to a previously made one. But... Everything we create in the studio has our copyrights. It's our hard work, our idea of ​​implementation, 99% our own designs of bases, claws, tails, paws, body (I exclude commercial bases selected by customers). Everything is clearly described in our ToS. By ordering, you agree that the costume will be made according to our designs. In the case of the fox about which there was such a huge scandal 🤨, the client did not like the head made on a commercial basis on which we had been creating foxes for some time (due to the ban on my work with thermoactive foam fumes). We made the second head, completely free of charge. The head that was thrown away remained our property. And as such, after more than a year, it was put up for sale along with new additions. In other workshops, unpaid items are resold. Nobody makes an issue of it. We offered a cash refund to the new purchaser of the costume. But we stand by our opinion. Items that you do not pay for, or receive a new item from us as an exchange, will be resold as belonging to us. We make a living from our hard work.
