NYC-DSA wins. For years the NY Board of Elections persecuted us politically, forcing us to raise over $212k for a bogus fine.
The appeals court ruled (5-0) that we did nothing wrong. Now we'll have $250k more to keep fighting for working class politics.

NY's wealthiest received a $12b federal tax break from Donald Trump via HR1, more than double the fiscal gap of NYC.
You could close NYC's budget gap by raising state/local personal income taxes on them and they would *still* be paying less in taxes than they did last year.

Steve Fulop doesnโt care about the economy, he wants the 10 wealthiest New Yorkers to keep making $2 million/hr.
When the people who built this city canโt afford it, the economy is BROKEN. The rich need to pay what they owe to fund a state that works for the working class.
