The judgement that ordered SAPS to pay Keith Keating R768 million for a tender that was wholly corrupt, is available at SAFLII online. Five months ago, Judge Sulet Potterill ordered SAPS pay Keith Keating R768 million for software originally created by government money from the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), so this software was the property of government. Keith Keating illegally purchased this software for R350 000 but Judge Potterill ordered SAPS to pay Keith Keating R768 million, after Keith Keating had already looted over R50 billion from the SAPS, using this illegally purchased software, however this post is not about this judgement, but it's an introduction into how the Judiciary & Presidency assisted Keith Keating to loot the SAPS, so I will be publishing all details on this matter.
