Nobody likes you when you're depressed. Plain and simple. We can talk all day about mental health and how important it is, but the moment you are depressed, people start to distance themselves. They see you as negative, a burden, and someone too heavy to handle.

I’m so burned out and depressed that I feel like I’m regressing as a person. I’ve lost my ability to communicate and genuinely connect with others. I’m so focused on surviving and staying safe in a chaotic world that I’ve forgotten how to socialize or enjoy life.
