I never want to be in a willing position to pass an ordinance that is not understoodor has a claim to be so ambiguous that it can’t be followed. You elected us to do things the right way. The final reading will include some adjustments to verbiage and traffic code references 2/3

At this afternoon’s Memphis City Council meeting, I will be holding our Driver Equality Act- Memphis public safety ordinance on the third reading. Councilwoman Rhonda Logan and I want to ensure that this ordinance exhibits clarity, enforceability, and of course equity. 1/3

Thursday the hot water stopped. Friday the water pressure went out. Water is now gone. Today is Tuesday.
