The final hoot of 2024 is an @mgs_1515 Christmas report from 1962. New High Master, Peter Mason, commented of a new first former who had received a good report: "He deserves a good slice of turkey". Merry Christmas!

As part of #HandsonHistory Club, Senior School and Sixth Form pupils are engaging with the process of how objects are acquired for @MGS_Archives. In the coming weeks, they will have the opportunity to handle some of the artefacts themselves, deepening their understanding.

Some of our year 5 @mgs_juniors visited the @MGS_Archives earlier today, exploring the early #history of the school dating back to the Tudor period. For some, it was a return visit from their time in year 3, while many were inspired by the information preserved about the school.
