ตอนเกิดเรื่องผู้หญิงไปแจ้งความ แต่ตำรวจไม่สนใจ บอกให้ผู้หญิงวาดรูปจู๋คนร้ายให้ดู เพื่อพิสูจน์ว่าโดนทำร้ายมาจริง ไม่มีใครช่วยเธอจนเธอตัดสินใจจบชีวิต
‘โซรา’ อายุ 29 ปี 2004 ได้งานเป็นนักแสดงตัวประกอบในกองถ่ายละครเรื่องนึง ซึ่งการถ่ายทำต้องใช้เวลาประมาณสี่เดือน งานนี้น้องสาวเธอ ‘โซจอง’ เป็นคนแนะนำชวนมาเอง เนื่องจากเห็นว่าพี่สาวฝันอยากเป็นดาราดัง ส่วนน้องสาวเบนเข็มไปทำงานอื่น ตอนแรกทุกอย่างก็ดี แต่ผ่านไปไม่นานก็เกิดเรื่องเลวร้าย
โซจองกับแม่ต้องหนีกลางดึก เพราะโซราดันทำลายข้าวของในบ้าน อารมณ์รุนแรงควบคุมสติไม่ได้ เดินโป๊ในบ้าน พูดคนเดียว จนแม่กับน้องสาวได้รู้ความจริงว่า โซราถูกข่มขืนในกองถ่ายมาตลอดจนสติแตก โซราโดนผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับข่มขืน โดนผู้ชายรวม 12 คนทำร้าย โดนข่มขืน 40+ ครั้ง โดนรังแก ทำร้ายสารพัด โดนขังในห้อง โดนวางยา โดนส่งต่อจากผู้กำกับชายคนนึงไปอีกคนนึง ไม่ต่างอะไรจากของเล่นที่มีชีวิต พวกมันใช้จิตวิทยาข่มขู่โซรา ขู่ว่าจะทำลายชื่อเสียง จะจับโซจองมาข่มขืนอีกคนถ้ากล้าไปบอกใคร จะฆ่าทุกคนในบ้าน จะเผาบ้านเธอ จนโซรามีอาการหวาดระแวง มีปัญหาทางจิต โดนแบบนี้มาสี่เดือน
แม่กับโซจองพาโซราไปรักษาและแจ้งความ แต่สิ่งที่ตำรวจทำคือเฉยๆ ไม่ได้สนใจจริงจัง บอกว่า “นี่นับเป็นคดีได้ด้วยเหรอ” ล้อเลียนเหยื่อ หาว่าโซราใช้เต้าไต่เองมากกว่า ให้โซราวาดรูปจู๋ ถามว่าจำได้มั้ยใครทำอะไร จู๋หน้าตาเป็นยังไง โดนทำร้ายจริงเหรอ ให้โซรานั่งต่อหน้าคนร้าย โซราต้องไปเจอคนร้ายที่สถานี ต้องไปเล่าเรื่องซ้ำๆ ให้ตำรวจฟัง ตำรวจทรมานเหยื่อไม่ต่างอะไรจากคนร้าย และคนร้ายยังข่มขู่จนโซราต้องถอนแจ้งความ
สุดท้ายเมื่อตำรวจที่เป็นที่พึ่งสุดท้ายยังช่วยอะไรไม่ได้ วันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2009 โซราโดดลงมาจากชั้น 18 และน้องสาว โซจอง อดข้าวอดน้ำ เป็นโรคซึมเศร้า จนตัดสินใจโดดลงมาจากดาดฟ้าตึกวันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2009 เรื่องนี้ทำให้คนเป็นพ่อของทั้งคู่ใจสลาย จนเส้นเลือดในสมองแตกเสียชีวิตสองเดือนต่อมา
ทั้งครอบครัวเหลือแค่แม่คนเดียว สู้กับผู้ชาย 12 คนที่ลอยนวลไม่ได้รับโทษอะไรเลย แม่สูญเสียทุกคนในบ้านภายในระยะเวลาไม่ถึงปี ด้วยความแค้นและคำสัญญาที่แม่มีกับโซจอง ว่าต้องเอาคนผิดมารับโทษให้ได้ แม่ตัดสินใจฟ้องคนร้าย แต่สิ่งที่แม่ได้รับคือแม่แพ้คดีหมดเลย แม้จะมีไดอารี่ของลูกที่เขียนเล่าไว้แต่ก็ถูกมองว่าแต่งเรื่อง เพราะคดีถือว่าหมดอายุไปแล้ว 3 ปีนับจากวันเกิดเหตุ แม่ฟ้องไปโดนปัดทิ้งหมด
ตามข้อมูล 7 ใน 12 คนของกลุ่มคนร้าย ยังทำงานอยู่ในวงการบันเทิงเกาหลีด้วย ไม่มีสลดใดๆทั้งสิ้น แม่ที่ไม่เหลืออะไรแล้วเลยมายืนประท้วง ทำข้อมูลแฉว่าใครบ้างที่ทำอะไรลูกสาว แต่ดันโดนคนร้ายฟ้องกลับโทษฐานหมิ่นประมาท แม้ว่าทั้งหมดจะเป็นเรื่องจริง แต่ตามกฎหมายเกาหลีคนร้ายก็ฟ้องได้ แม่ต้องจ่ายเงินชดใช้คนร้าย (อ่านแล้วกูจะบ้า) แต่ตอนหลังศาลปัดตก ขอโทษแม่ แต่จนตอนนี้ยังไม่มีคนร้ายคนไหนโดนจับเลย กระทั่งมีคนลงชื่อเรียกร้องสองแสนคนยังไม่ได้ผล แม่เลยใช้วิธีโพสหน้าคนร้ายลงยูทูบ ซึ่งคนร้ายก็ปฏิเสธว่าไม่ได้ทำ โดนใส่ร้าย
ปัจจุบันแม่อายุ 70 กว่าแล้ว แม่จะสู้ต่อจนกว่าลูกสาวจะได้รับความยุติธรรม แม่เชื่อว่าตัวเองจะต้องได้เห็นพวกคนร้ายรับโทษก่อนตาย

A woman who was gang-raped and her younger sister, who suffered from guilt, both took their own lives. Later, their mother was sued by the rapists and is now required to compensate them financially. In 2004, a woman worked as a film extra. While working, she was raped by four men and sexually harassed by eight others. Afterward, she began exhibiting strange behaviors at home, such as mumbling to herself or breaking objects. Her family took her to the hospital, where they discovered that she had been raped by multiple men. She received treatment at the hospital and filed charges against the perpetrators. However, the men threatened her, saying things like, “I will burn down your house” and “I will kill your entire family.” Out of fear, she withdrew her charges. On August 18, 2009, she jumped from the 18th floor of an apartment building and died by suicide. In her suicide note, she wrote, “I was a sex toy for those men” and “I have no reason to live anymore.” Six days after her suicide, her younger sister also took her own life. She felt guilty because she had recommended the job to her older sister. After losing both daughters to suicide, their father suffered a stroke due to shock and passed away. The mother grieved deeply over the suicides of her daughters and the death of her husband. She was also enraged that none of the men who had raped her daughter faced any punishment. In 2014, she filed a civil lawsuit against the twelve men who committed sexual crimes against her daughter. However, because three years had passed since the crimes occurred, she lost all of the lawsuits. As a result, the perpetrators faced no consequences. Instead, they sued the mother for holding solo protests with placards that read “Rapist! Murderer!” (In South Korea, there is a law called “Defamation by Fact,” which allows individuals to sue for defamation even if the statements made are true.) Several of the perpetrators filed lawsuits against her and won. Since they won all three trials, she is now required to pay them compensation ranging from 3 million to 5 million KRW per person. Other perpetrators also filed lawsuits against her. In one trial, the court ruled that she must pay them 10 million KRW in damages and refrain from posting anything about them online in the future. If she violates this ruling and posts about them online again, she will have to pay them an additional 1 million KRW per post (this ruling is not yet finalized; if she appeals, a second trial will take place). I feel deep sorrow for the woman who was raped and driven to suicide, for her younger sister who suffered from guilt and also chose suicide, and for their father who died from shock after losing his daughters. Three weeks after I gave birth, my husband asked for a DNA test.
I was still recovering, barely sleeping, still in pain when he said it like it was normal:
“I think we should do a paternity test.”
At first, I thought he was joking, He wasn’t.
Apparently his coworkers had spent months feeding him stories about men unknowingly raising children that weren’t theirs and one even commented that our son looked nothing like him.
So instead of trusting me his wife of 5 years he decided he needed “peace of mind.”
“If there’s nothing to hide, it shouldn’t matter,” he said.
That was the moment something in me broke, because I wasn’t just recovering from childbirth anymore, I was being treated like a suspect.
I didn’t even argue anymore. I just agreed to the test.
After that, everything between us went cold.
When the results came back, they confirmed what I already knew: 99.9999% probability of paternity.
He looked relieved and said, “See? Now we can move on.”
But I couldn’t.
Because the problem was never the test it was the fact that he believed strangers before he believed me.
That same week, I filed for divorce.

@OriginalToriar @ceraliza Lol it's standard practice in the military if you knock up someone that's not your wife. They test you & the baby after delivery because military takes family seriously & the government will be "paying" for that baby... thats why they promote staying single & using protection

@ceraliza This is why paternity tests at birth should just be standard practice. If it's required, it's not a trust issue and nobody will ever be able to dupe someone into raising an illegitimate child.
