Do zdarzenia doszło 25 czerwca na ul. Heweliusza. Sprawczyni została zatrzymana kilka dni później na ul. Wały Jagiellońskie. Usłyszała zarzuty naruszenia nietykalności cielesnej i uszkodzenia mienia – oba czyny miały charakter chuligański, co wpłynie na surowszą karę. 20-latka została objęta policyjnym dozorem i ma zakaz kontaktu z pokrzywdzonym.
