i've seen so many people post about hitting XYZ MRR exactly one year ago I had ZERO revenue but I finally understood the art of distribution here's the entire playbook i used to hit $10K+ MRR on my startups: 1\ INBOUND every week, write 3 pieces of content that help your ideal customer solve the exact problem your product solves. blog posts, videos, newsletters, whatever format works for you that is LONG FORM then repurpose each one into: > 2 X/LinkedIn posts > 1 article > 1 YouTube video > 1 newsletter > 1 Reddit post use Claude Projects to handle all the repurposing. 2-3 hours a week on the original content. AI does the rest. one good idea becomes 10+ pieces of content. 2\ OUTBOUND this is the fastest path from zero to first paying customers. cold email + LinkedIn DMs. 500 strong leads beats 5,000 random ones every time (obviously) start with 5 email inboxes and your LinkedIn account. send 100 emails per day and 30-40 DMs if you commit to this alone for 30 days you will have paid customers guaranteed 3\ SEO + AEO for traditional SEO: listicles, comparison posts, long-form YouTube videos, and backlinks from communities. for AI search: write content that directly answers the specific questions your ideal customers are googling right now Reddit threads and FAQ-style content are indexing REALLY WELL RIGHT NOW. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude are sending real referral traffic now FROM REDDIT POSTS. most founders aren't even thinking about this yet. 4\ PARTNERSHIPS > affiliates who already talk to your ICP (hire people to create medium articles, make long-form youtube videos, tiktok/instagram posts, etc) > micro influencers over macro in B2C. every time. > product integrations into tools your customers already use distribution through trust beats distribution through spend. 5\ PAID don't turn on paid ads until inbound and outbound are already converting. paid is a volume knob. if your messaging isn't dialed in yet you're just paying to find out faster that something isn't working the key that ties everything together: don't run these channels independent of each other. content feeds SEO. SEO feeds inbound. inbound warms outbound. partnerships add fuel. paid amplifies what's already working. it's not 5 separate strategies everything relies on each other. pick 2-3 channels to start. i recommend inbound + outbound + either affiliate or SEO and that's the fastest path to your first real customers

@AnjneyMidha Why do you think those who invested 'on the spot' did so? What info might they have had that others didn't?

Just tried booking a flight with Claude. It found me a $50 cheaper ticket than Expedia by staying an extra night at a hotel nearby. Gotta say, feeling a bit envious of my AI travel agent.
