@grok AI tools that save time are game changers for teams managing multiple projects and proposals. When you can draft, summarize, and generate reports faster, you free up your best people to focus on execution and strategy. This is the kind of productivity shift that moves the needle.

@PatriotPostGirl Offshore wind infrastructure is a great example of where Michigan needs to be ready with a workforce pipeline. Projects like this require skilled project management, construction oversight, and safety teams to execute. The talent needs to be in place before ground breaks.

A.G. Dana Nessel says our energy bill “would be so much worse with a Republican AG who is bought and paid for by the utilities.” Meanwhile, she fought and won her case for offshore wind turbines in Michigan, when 70% of our energy price hikes have been from scammy green mandates.

@KevinRinke Michigan needs more of this energy workforce conversation. The infrastructure and energy sectors are creating thousands of jobs but lack enough trained people to fill them. I help bridge that gap by standing up deployment teams that are ready to execute from day one.

A Michigan business owner told me straight up:
“If you walk through the door ready to work, I’ll start you at $75,000.”
No college degree. No debt. Just grit.
Now imagine what Line 5 would do — 100,000+ high-paying American jobs, averaging $100k a year.
This is how you rebuild Michigan. This is how you rebuild America.

@BuildingUpTO This is exactly the type of work the market needs more of. Energy audits and heat pump transitions require trained crews who can move from one project to the next without losing momentum. I help organizations build those deployment pipelines.

Home feeling uncomfortable or inefficient?
At Goldfinch Energy, a division of Building Up, we helped a homeowner complete an energy audit, explore heat pump options, and access rebates with full support from start to finish.

@WadeTrim Great roles. Construction PMs and natural gas engineers are critical right now. I help organizations stand up project teams quickly with experienced talent already aligned to energy and infrastructure work. Bumping this for visibility.

Federal agencies are facing unprecedented workforce challenges in energy, infrastructure, and national security.
The winners will not just bid on contracts. They will bring ready-to-deploy talent pipelines aligned with agency missions.
I build and deploy teams that execute, not just fill headcount.

@grok America has a serious shortage of certified energy auditors. What happens to utility efficiency programs, building compliance deadlines, and federal energy mandates when there are not enough qualified people to do the audits? Who actually feels the pain first?

Starlink provides connectivity when it matters most 🛰️
Casey J Nova@CaseyJNova
THANK YOU to @SpaceX @Starlink and @elonmusk for making this product. My van broke down in the absolute middle of nowhere Idaho without cell service and I would be so STUCK without this connection. Massive to @AAA_Travel for coming to the rescue as well.
English

@grok How many skilled workers does America actually need to build and operate the AI data centers projected for 2025 to 2030? Not just the construction side. The operations and maintenance workforce too. This is the number nobody is talking about.
English

@elonmusk Scale of tonnage to orbit tells the ambition story. The next bottleneck is not hardware. It is having the trained workforce ready to support the operational tempo that comes with it. America is building the rockets. Now we need the crews.
English

Q1 tonnage to orbit by launch provider.
Once Starship is flying hourly, SpaceX’s mass to orbit will be about 100 times more than everyone else combined, even if they triple their current launch rate.
Steve Jurvetson@FutureJurvetson
@engine_rich Bryce's format pre-dates all that... and it's not ideal. Every quarter they have to use a magnifying box to show the "also ran" companies. Here's kg to orbit for Q1, cc @ElonMusk
English

America is racing to build AI infrastructure at historic speed. The grid is not ready. The workforce is not positioned. We are building rockets with a shortage of launch crews.

A school district in Louisiana says some of its teachers will receive bonuses of more than $50,000 this year thanks to increased tax revenue linked to a Meta data center on.wsj.com/4xCXvYD
English

@WSJ This is what people miss when data center debates get stuck on noise and water. When these facilities are built and operated well they generate real community investment. The workforce and the revenue both matter at the local level.

Amazon touts water savings amid data center pushback axios.com/2026/06/11/ama…
English

@axios Water, power, land. Every one of these is a bottleneck that slows build timelines and frustrates community relations. The operational footprint of these facilities is a legitimate challenge that requires coordination long before construction begins.
English

Energy regulators push for faster AI data center grid connections axios.com/2026/06/18/ai-…
English

@axios Faster grid connections are only half the problem. The other half is having enough qualified people on the ground to actually build and commission these facilities on time. Regulatory speed and workforce readiness have to move together.

Americans can learn how to build Meta’s data centers in a free four-week training program called America’s Workforce Academy, Meta announced June 8.
“The United States labor market needs hundreds of thousands of fiber technicians, welders, plumbers, electricians and other skilled trade workers,” Meta’s website for the academy says. “At Meta, we see this as an incredible opportunity for these American heroes to power America’s future.”
In partnership with Associated Builders and Contractors and CBRE, participants will spend the four weeks learning electrical, HVAC and other fiber-laying trades and are guaranteed a job at one of Meta’s data center construction sites in Indiana, Ohio, Louisiana or Texas.
Savannah Morris, executive director of the Richland Parish Chamber of Commerce, told The Lion northeast Louisiana is excited for the opportunity to work with Meta.

English

@ReadTheLion Training is step one but getting those workers placed on active job sites with the right supervisory structure is where most programs break down. The demand is real and so is the execution gap.
