@fungalhyphae @MascalchiP have done a fiji macro for merging 2 stacks together if I remember but I don't know if we can find it on its GitHub

#microscopy what are you using to merge / format TIFF movies from the microscopes, putting movies together and synchronising their frame rates etc. Is there like a #FigureJ version but for movies?
