Los programas de beneficios que ofrece @MastercardMex y @mastercard suenar maravillosos. Lamentablemente en la práctica los procesos de reclamación son un martirio y pese a resolverse favorablemente, nunca concretan los pagos. La peor experiencia que he tenido.

Ten en cuenta que nosotros (Mastercard) no gestionamos los datos de las cuentas de los titulares de tarjetas, ya que somos proveedores de tecnología y redes para bancos e instituciones financieras. Para cualquier pregunta relacionada con tu tarjeta o cuenta, te recomendamos que te pongas en contacto con el emisor de tu tarjeta, ya que ellos están en mejores condiciones para ayudarte. Encontrarás sus datos de contacto en el reverso de la tarjeta, junto con su página web. Además, te recomendamos que te pongas en contacto con tu emisor a través de sus redes sociales (si las tiene). Please contact the bank that issued your card to understand if your card carries these benefits. You can contact them via the number provided on the back of your card.
