@DannyGiusa @homeschoolracer There is not always a way to resolve these issues. Many good people have tried to have grown-up conversations with him, he'll ban anyone who doesn't agree with him. That's his call of course. Being horrible to people IRL (incl at expo) elevates him to another level of nasty.

@homeschoolracer Yeah, welcome to the (absolutely huge) club. He's been vile to many good people. Shame he holds a prominent place in sim-racing. Doesn't deserve any of it. One day he'll burn a bridge he can't fix or do without. He's a toxic presence that sim-racing would be better without.

@LaPope79 Not many MPs have mansions...😂Quite a few are of a good age too and don't exactly need a full streaming setup for the occasional interview on the news.

How in the 2022 political hell do most MPs still not have a decent camera and mic setup when they're appearing on national TV from whatever mansion they're inhabiting this month? Bizarre.

Mercedes are spot on to protest. It can't really be disputed that the regulations weren't followed. If the result is changed, it would be a farce beyond compare, and would be on the FIA and Masi, no-one else. Even as a Lewis fan, winning it like that would be horrid.

I just hope for everyone's sake that we have someone other than Michael Masi in that role for next season. Can't be having a season of inconsistency with decisions like that again.

No matter who you support in F1, you should be able to see that whatever that was, it makes a bit of a mockery of the sport. That couldn't have looked more like the FIA running scared of Red Bull if they tried.

Christ, the FIA have lost it completely haven't they! Dear oh dear 🤦‍♂️. So it turns out you should just bully Michael Masi and you'll probably get what you want 😂

Imagine what the teams have been saying to the FIA on the radio in previous seasons when they knew we wouldn't hear it. Wouldn't miss it if they made that private again next year.

It's all about the taking part…that's what I'm going to tell myself anyways 🙈 My first ever race around Paul Ricard so was always going to be rough. Suffice to say, I'm glad that one is over! Four OTL drivers in the top 10 though, very pleased with that! Some great fights too!
