@SamsungUK Chat was today at 11:05. No reference as case was closed. I've had the monitor back for repair twice already. Worker acknowledged repeated residual power fault but told me to go to retailer instead of my valid warranty

@SamsungUK Screenshots are from online chat today after repair was refused. I've had 2 failed repairs already. Samsung confirmed the issue is a fault of repeated residual power build up. He said the unit is faulty but I should go to retailer for a replacement rather than warranty
