Day 11 — SAVED MY CHEST GETTING WAXED I managed to hit the minimum today and saved my chest from getting waxed! The clips are climbing bit by bit, and I can feel myself getting closer to the editing style that will click soon. Yesterday I found a new high-paying camping and started warming up the accounts to start posting tomorrow. On the bright side, the momentum is slowly building and I still believe that volume king. Day 10 — GOT PAID I got busy with the new campaign and the editing style was completely different, which consumed a large portion of my time. In the end I only managed to post 2 clips.I didn’t feel the same urgency as yesterday and that needs to change. So I’m keeping the consequence daily and non-negotiable: from tomorrow until Day-30, if I don’t hit a minimum of 8 clips, I will wax my chest. On the bright side, I got paid today and my new clips are already climbing toward the 1k view threshold. I can feel myself adapting faster and the momentum is slowly building. Volume is still king. Day 9 — WAS ABOUT TO GET WAXED Today was a tough day as I was about to get waxed. My head is already bald from yesterday’s consequence but at the last possible moment, I managed to post all 8 clips before time ran out. That’s the bare minimum I committed to, and I followed through. No more excuses. This challenge has been pushing me to completely new boundaries — from brutal time management to raw self-accountability. As I force the volume higher, I can feel myself getting faster and cleaner with editing. The clips are flowing better, the pacing is improving, and I’m starting to lock in a style that actually works. Big thanks to @hynexhere for the Instagram warm-up guide — I followed it step by step, and from here on out, it’s more volume across the board. Tomorrow’s goal: Start posting to the second campaign I discovered. Time to scale properly. I’m staying locked in. I can feel the momentum building, even if it’s slow. Day 8 — TIME TO GO BALD Today was a tough one. I only managed to upload 2 clips again instead of the 8 I committed to. That means tomorrow I’ll be shaving my head bald. No excuses — I’m following through on the consequence I set for myself. On the brighter side, I'm getting paid. It’s still tiny, but it’s real money coming in from those early clips. I also discovered another campaign that I’ll start uploading tomorrow. I’m staying optimistic. I know I can do better, and I’m putting my words into action. If I fail to hit at least 8 clips tomorrow, the next consequence is waxing my chest. Time to turn this around. Volume is the key, and I need to push myself harder. Total Earnings: $1.87/$10,000

Day 7 — FINALLY GETTING PAID Progress is starting to show. One of my clips finally crossed 2k views and got approved with a potential $2.00 payout. It’s a small amount, but I’m genuinely glad I was able to cross the $0.00 mark. Seeing even this tiny result feels motivating. That said, I only managed to upload 2 clips today. It’s still upsetting because I am not upholding my commitment of increasing volume. What I need is real urgency. Tomorrow I’m aiming for at least 8 clips. If I can’t hit that, I’ll officially shave my head bald. I believe I need a strong consequence to hold myself accountable. Today Earnings: Potential ($2.00)

Day 6 — MORE CLIPS ARE GETTING ACCEPTED Progress is starting to show. More of my clips are getting approved now that I'm figuring out the style that's working for me. Editing is improving bit by bit too — I'm getting a better feel for the flow and pacing I want to stick with going forward. That should help me finally ramp up the volume. That said, I only managed to post 4 videos again today. It’s still upsetting because I know I can do way better. What keeps me pushing is the group in the challenge. Seeing everyone grinding and sharing their updates reminds me that my breakthrough is close — I can feel it. No excuses, just better time management and faster workflows starting tomorrow. DAY 5 — FINALLY CLIPS GOT APPROVED New inventory hit my 9-5 today, so I had to work late stacking products. The day didn’t go as I planned. My target was 24 clips. I only managed to post 4. The good news is some of the new clips got accepted. A couple others are still waiting on approval after rejection. It stings a bit knowing I fell way short again, especially after saying I’d push hard for volume. Editing is killing my output right now — each clip is taking me about 1 hour, which makes hitting even 12 posts tough. This challenge is making me hyper-aware of how I have been wasting time and how slow I am at editing. That’s 100% on me. No excuses. I’m raising the bar for myself starting tomorrow — faster editing, tighter schedule, and higher volume. I still want to crack the top 10. DAY-4 — ALL MY CLIPS GOT REJECTED All clips from yesterday got rejected for “spamming,” even though I changed fonts and hooks on each one specifically for testing variations. I reached out to the moderator — still waiting for a reply. It honestly stings when you put real effort in and it gets rejected for something that feels unclear. I almost let it get to me — started moping, wasting time, and nearly quit for the day. But we learn, we adjust, and we keep moving forward. I still managed to make and post 2 new clips today. In my opinion, that’s pretty pathetic — I know I can do way better. My target was at least 12 posts a day minimum. Since I only got 2 out, I’m raising the bar — tomorrow I’m aiming for at least 24 clips to catch up on volume. On a positive note, I found another campaign that looks promising and should help with scaling submissions. DAY-3 — FINALLY UPLOADED CLIPS I finally started uploading but quality and volume needs work. I posted 6 videos total — 1 video on each of my 3 Instagram accounts and 3 YouTube accounts. The volume wasn’t where I wanted it to be. My target was at least 2 videos per account (so minimum 12 posts today). Going forward, 2 videos per account per day is now the bare minimum. Still haven’t cracked 1k views on any clip yet. I believe the main reason is that my editing isn't enough to be hitting like the ones that are already getting views in the campaign. What I’m testing right now: 3 clips each with different versions by changing the fonts and hooks. I uploaded those variations to see what performs better. It’s a start and I'm gathering data, but it’s still not at the level of the top performers in the challenge. I have some fresh ideas for better hooks and editing tweaks that I’ll be implementing tomorrow. I’m staying optimistic. By Day 4 I expect to start seeing some earnings as the improved clips go out and the volume ramps up. No excuses — just higher volume and better quality from here. DAY-2 — WASTED THE WHOLE DAY WITH (PERFECT START SYNDROME) I had created 3 Instagram and 3 YouTube accounts for 1 of the 2 campaigns I'm going for and the goal was to upload 3 clips on each account today. INSTEAD, I spent way too much time trying to recover 1 banned Instagram account. Fell straight into perfect start syndrome — overthinking and nursing a dead account instead of just creating a new one and moving on. Classic newbie mistake. QUICK LESSON I’M TAKING AWAY: When creating fresh Instagram accounts, Gmail is far more secure and reliable than temp emails or other providers. The banned one was made with a temp mail — we learn and move on. What I’m most disappointed in myself about is sticking with the recovery attempt instead of cutting losses fast and jumping straight to uploading clips. Other participants are already dropping posts and stacking earnings. That stings a bit, but it’s good fuel. FROM DAY 3 ONWARD: No more wasting time on dead accounts.
