@Co1Seth If traces represent "footprints of organic life" it also has an uncomfortable implication that Mythus can personally change the direction of said footsteps. And then it circles back to being a predetermined destiny, just not by someone like Nous but a much more chaotic entity
English

@voxharmnique @037robin And I'm not talking about an imaginae, I specifically said "a creation of enigmata". It's a powered up version of imagine basically (probably shares the same origin too)
Fictionologists don't have that kind of a restriction so it's not a problem for her to be able to leave
English

@037robin imaginae can't leave planarcadia bc their existence is directly tied to accumulate wishpower which only exists on planarcadia, so I don't think this is the direction her story is gonna go!

@MeganeSimp I'm still having doubts regarding this because of the fact that it's interpretations made by people who don't know him very well
English

@yuunnyan_ @rzqstrauss old, it isn't a weird thing for memetic entities and fictional beings which is def what a lot of fictionologists are. They just like masked fools know more about the universe and can influence reality, Nihilux breaks the 4th wall and writes her own descriptions of the mission

English

@yuunnyan_ @rzqstrauss Yeah it isn't explicitly said anywhere but it's kinda obvious
She has connections to the garden, makes her own fictional universe basically (fictitious history), easily lies and can infiltrate a whole organization just like Gallagher did, and she's implied to be pretty

English

@MeganeSimp I forgot he runs a Lying Podcast.
That in mind, he might not even be her father?
Oh, shit, that opens a hilarious amount of doors. Why are HFs like this?
English

@J_DAY_97 I mean people can lie 😅 especially if he's a fictionologist bc duh. I might've not thought of it this seriously if hoyo didn't make him bring to life a literal representation of the enigmata path and compared him to remembrance but they did. It's simply too much of a coincidence
English

@MeganeSimp He seemed to agree with it and accepted fault, is the thing.
That might be the first time someone else actively agreed with one of Himeko's backstories, besides the concrete "she was a student 15 years ago and faced the Herald" thing.
English

If this is the plot then I'll be very pissed off, it's Gallagher bullshit all over again 😭
Grelian 🌹@MeganeSimp
Did... Did Himeko's father fictionologize Himeko after her death??????? Is our Himeko a creation of enigmata????? Why is this line so weird AND he's being paralleled to Nihilux at the same time who's definitely a fictionologist????
English

@RadiantCoco find out that their entire existence was fabricated so the father doesn't have to move on. Sure he would say that he did it for her and yes the result would be Himeko basically living on borrowed time. But it's still selfish and just very unethical + traumatic for Himeko
English

@RadiantCoco Yeah no I disagree. I'm not going to feel sad for the guy who can't live through this tragedy without literally making a copy of a dead person. If that's what he actually did it's extremely unhealthy, period. Imagine what a person who got recreated this way will feel when they
English

@RadiantCoco Ofc I'm not saying that this alone is necessarily creepy. But put it all together and it's very much so. Imagine your wife and child died and instead of coping and moving on you recreate a copy of your child and become obsessed with her. That's pretty fucking gross either way
English

@MeganeSimp Projecting lost feelings of a spouse onto a child with extra codling and spoiling isn't an inherently creepy thing. You're interpreting this with needless aggression
