Back when Olympic lifts were all the rage, we spent way too much time trying to turn athletes into Olympic lifters instead of just training for the sport. Now I see the same trend in speed training. Too much focus on track sprint mechanics for non-track athletes is a distraction.

Most people spend too much energy majoring in the minors. Instead of worrying about advanced periodization, focus on consistency & effort. Fixate less on fancy exercises & commit to mastering fundamentals. In lieu of supplements, zero in on sleep, steps, and food. Big Rocks🪨
