Jac Caglianone, the No. 6 prospect in #baseball and our #IABF Ambassador, has officially been promoted to the big leagues by the Kansas City #Royals. Caglianone is hitting .322 with 15 home runs and 56 RBIs in 50 games between AA and AAA this season.

BREAKING: ESPN is reporting the @Angels have called up Italian native Samuel Aldegheri to the big leagues. He will become the first Italian-born and raised pitcher to play in the Major Leagues. IABF is proud of Samuel and his accomplishments. This is why we do what we do ... to grow the game in Italy and allow players to perform at the highest level in the United States. 🇮🇹⚾️🇺🇸

Today’s meetings at MLB were the most progressive that the @iabf have had to date.
We met with MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred to discuss his future involvement with the IABF, which will be announced soon.

Congratulations to IABF President Joe Quagliano on receiving the Patrolman Philip Cardillo Humanitarian of the Year Award from the NYPD Columbia Association!
Joe has led IABF since its inception in 2016 and has built the organization around the core value of helping others.
He is extremely grateful for the honor and hopes that all Italian and Italian American organizations are practicing the same values of loyalty, respect, and communication with the goal of serving the greater good.
