#ThisDayInHistory On April 24, 1915 silent film actress Mary Pickford secretly renewed her vows with her husband, Owen Moore, at Mission San Juan Capistrano. Visiting the Mission for a friend’s wedding, Father O’Sullivan presided over this ceremony in the historic Serra Chapel.
