Wuthering Waves is such a GREAT game and just continues to get better and better. I just love it. Game first Gacha second. Really hitting its stride. Reminding me more and more of final fantasy XIV, another game I love. I don't love that gacha is a model or that it exists, but damn this game is so good. Also this song is absolutely BANGING.

This is what happens when you have a lot of mobile users; many of them have old phones that can't run these new games, which are mainly made for PC. Even low-end PCs will face the same issues. I played NTE at max settings in CBT2 with a 2080 and don't remember facing any issues. The same goes for Wuwa 1.0; no issues at all, except for the music bug and some minor problems, but nothing game-breaking. Yes, I know these games could use more optimization, but players should start upgrading their devices too. Games evolve over time, and so should our devices.

I’ve played Betas of both NTE and WUWA as well as Launch Patch, and it is not a worst launch of WUWA optimization in 1.0 lol People forget the sheer stuttering, music disappearing, bugs etc. on WUWA 1.0 launch. Mind you this was before the graphics was even crazy w RTX BUT NTE does still needs to be optimized ESPECIALLY with RTX being out now. RTX in any game makes optimization brutal for devs to figure out cause they gotta optimize it for their games engine with custom work…

Not necessarily, if the game has good optimization, it can run smoothly even with high-density models. Also, every game has specific requirements; make sure that your phone meets the minimum at least, though it might lag a lot, that's why we also have the "recommended requirements" which of course can give a better experience overall.

@Mkat2 The amount of polygons makes the game run slower? I tried to play on my phone but the game in the lowest graphics was lagging more than ZZZ with max graphics, idk if this is a mobile version thing but i'm curious to know what causes this

Polygons count for some models of the new high-quality and best games in the gacha space, graphics-wise; this range is becoming the norm now. W for Arknights for making a very decent game overall and very well optimized; they really took their time with optimization.
