we're looking into this but don't have a clear picture yet, unlock failure rate has increased marginally in the last week but not significantly, we're sorry you experienced so many concurrently. we're working on a fix and will update you / all customers soon. standing right at the bike with 3/4G enabled on your phone, can help.

@MobyMove have you worked out the root cause for why your app fails to unlock the bikes for some people? I’ve failed to unlock a bike now the last 6 times I’ve tried
