It's wild how sky-high our expectations are for Trump, yet rock-bottom for everyone else in D.C.
In just one year, he:
Fully secured the border
Removed nearly 3 million illegals
Dropped homicide rates to record lows
Dropped fentanyl flows by over 50%
Shrunk the federal workforce by 10%
Signed historic tax cuts
Any one of those is a standalone case for the Trump agenda to utterly dominate the midterms. Yet some people still mope! Bizarre.
Meanwhile, it would be considered some kind of epic achievement if Democrats simply funded ICE, or Republicans passed a voter integrity bill. If Congress does the bare minimum, it's considered a miracle.
There are always going to be battles to fight and problems to fix, but if you don't have any appreciation for where we came from, you'll never know where we should be going.
Let's make the 250th anniversary of our great country the year we get some perspective back. 🇺🇸
