The test isn't as thorough as a PCR and this is why it misses roughly half positive cases. But is 99% accurate when it does identify a case. New staff member with a great network to build ideas with, who isn't too proud asking for help preparing for an interview And if there was a scenario someone was "rehearsed" for awnsers, I expect that would be evident in follow up

@dominiccampbell @val_pearce @sallymeecham @geniuswithinCIC I highly recommend providing visual guides prior to interviews for ND candidates; including videos of interview locations and pictures of those who will be interviewing This help reduce anxiety of the unexpected and allows focus on the interview instead of the new place

Who knows how many companies have missed out on great staff because their interviews don't enable candidates to shine!! Ooo... And another thought while I'm on recruitment!....
