Some good news for a change! A judge ruled that Trump’s freeze on processing immigration applications for 39 countries is illegal and that processing must restart immediately. This ruling is a step in the right direction. Let’s keep up the fight.

Pardoned J6 MAGAt Kyle Travis Colton was convicted and sentenced to prison when federal authorities searched Colton's home and discovered a large volume of images and videos depicting the graphic sexual abuse of young children on his laptop. Because the child pornography crimes were entirely separate from the Capitol riot, they were not covered by the presidential pardon. A federal jury found him guilty in July 2025. On December 8, 2025, U.S. District Judge Dale Alan Drozd sentenced Colton to 6 years and 8 months in federal prison. Kyle Travis Colton previously worked as an elementary school teacher. According to federal court records detailed by The Sacramento Bee, prosecutors revealed that he had downloaded and possessed child sexual abuse material over a span of several years, including during a period when he was teaching elementary school in China, as well as during his time living in California.
